What is Homeopathy?

Have you been going from doctor to doctor, yet have a problem that won’t go away?
Homeopathy may help you, even if you cannot be helped by conventional medical care. It is a very different approach to wellness than most medical systems. Normally, one goes to a physician for a specific disease or problem. However, your symptoms are there for a reason, and if the reason still exists, the problem will return, often on a deeper level. For example, a child treated with steroids for eczema will often develop asthma. This is because the eczema symptoms have been suppressed by steroids and the pathology has moved from the skin to the lungs. Another example is chronic headaches.  A headache is like a fire, you pour some water on it and the flames disappear but the embers are still there. You take aspirin and the headache is gone but it just keeps coming back. By contrast, homeopathy does more than just relieve symptoms it removes the underlying cause of your symptoms so that you may be permanently healed from your ailment.

Homeopathy is a gentle, deeply-healing system of medicine using substances so dilute that they do not cause side effects like conventional pharmaceuticals. They are safe even for pregnant women and children. It is a system of medicine that works by stimulating the body’s own tendency to heal itself. Homeopathy is holistic treating the emotional, mental, spiritual, as well as, the physical aspects of the person. In treating chronic disease homeopaths begin with an inquiry into the emotional or mental trauma that may have triggered it.

Homeopathy is commonly practiced by over 500 million people throughout the world and is used by such well-known people as:  Catherine Zeta-Jones, Paul McCartney, Dizzy Gillespie, and Tony Blair.  It has been used by the British Royal Family for generations. Over the last 20 years, interest in this form of alternative medicine has grown dramatically in the U.S. because of its high rate of success.
